The item must be returned with all tags, original packaging, and any accessories received.
Used, washed, damaged, or untagged products may not be accepted.

Let us know whether you would like a return or an exchange.
Our team will send you instructions for returning the product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified whether your request has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs, where applicable, may be non-refundable.

Exchanges

If the size does not fit, you may request an exchange within the 30-day period, provided the product meets the conditions described above.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@alivion.co and include photos or videos showing the issue.
